I spent many years living in upstate New York, in a small town called Ithaca. One little known fact about this region is there are a number of  beautiful gorges and waterfalls around the town. This was one right near where I went to school.  At the end of this path lies a 200ft waterfall that is a site to see - Hence, Ithaca is gorges.
